SENIOR

5 + Years Exp.

5+ years of UX/UI designing experience, including leadership roles.
Expertise in leading UX/UI design projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex design solutions.
Advanced proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including user-centred design, interaction design, and visual design.
Proven ability to conduct and synthesise user research, including ethnographic studies, usability testing, and A/B testing, to drive design decisions.
Experience in designing and implementing design systems, style guides, and scalable UI components.
Strong leadership skills in mentoring junior and intermediate designers, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
